ICI offers part-time and full-time staff opportunities serving elementary, junior high, and high school students through life-on-life ministry. Staff members build consistent relationships, disciple youth, and use their unique gifts—from music and sports to mentoring and administration—to serve Christ and strengthen families.
As a Christian nonprofit serving children and families in Chicago and Cicero, ICI is committed to long-term, relationship-based ministry rooted in faithful presence over time.

We offer part-time and full-time staff positions with ongoing responsibility in ICI’s programs serving children and families. Staff roles support ICI’s after-school programs, camps, sports leagues, and year-round youth development initiatives.
